This role will be part of the Digital Intelligent Automation organization within GE HealthCare. As the Staff Data & Information Architect, you will be responsible for leading Architecture & design of data and process models for process mining in Celonis and support over the air updates data architecture for SaaS Big Rocks. You will play a critical role to enable data pipeline from various IT systems to Celonis EMS, work on translating complex functional and technical requirements into data models partnering with Enterprise Data Management, Platform technology, Modalities and Science & Technology Architecture & development teams to deliver an end-to-end solution aligning with GEHC Big Rocks.

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Drive design and architecture of Celonis Process Mining Platform towards an Enterprise-wide Process mining and problem-solving solution.

  • Play a critical role to enable data pipeline from various IT systems to Celonis EMS.

  • Translate complex functional and technical requirements into data models.

  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, privacy, security, and compliance through quality control procedures.

  • Monitor data systems performance and implement optimization strategies.

  • Lead the research and evaluation of emerging technology, industry, and market trends to assist in research/development and operational support activities.

  • Drive Data Engineering standards within the team and meet all business/project metrics.

  • Setup/Guide the data engineering team on the of process data extractions including table and field mappings.

  • Perform process mining system maintenance and upgrade management.

  • Build the infrastructure required for optimal extraction, transformation and loading of data from disparate data sources.

  • Build, test and improve database pipeline architectures. Estimate and model memory requirements for data processing.

  • Drive increased efficiency within the scrum team, ensure adherence to agile methods and the architectural blueprint established for the solution.

  • Support the engineering leadership in terms of scrum team op mechs (estimation, sprints, backlog creation, Release Planning, and cadence for delivery).

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in engineering, Computer Science, or “STEM” Majors

  • Minimum 8 IT professional experience or equivalent of experience in Architecture or IT

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in performing Extract, Transform and Load (ETL) activities in Celonis

  • Extensive IT experience working with relational and non-relational databases for larger datasets.

  • Strong understanding of PQL/SQL. Ability to create PQL/SQL scripts (customized) that transform, create, and capture necessary fields from the source systems to accurately map out processes.

  • Experience with at least one mainstream ERP/CRM platform. Oracle preferred.

  • Self-starter - requires minimal direction to accomplish goals.

  • Experience working across multiple stakeholders on a global basis.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly document and explain business processes and automated solution designs and to present technical details to a non-technical audience.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience with dealing with newer/ less matured technologies, proof-of-concepts, driving pilots, and product evaluations.

  • Proficiency in data analysis, data modelling and visualization, and reporting

  • A track record of understanding and interest in current and emerging technologies demonstrated through training, job experience and / or industry activities.

  • Data Engineer certification from Celonis

  • Functional experience with some/any of the following functions such as Supply Chain, Commercial, Finance, Treasury, Sourcing, Services operations
