Join us at .Job Description Strategists are responsible for assisting in the development and execution of strategic brand, and digital initiatives. At Razorfish, Strategists at this level have a strong proficiency in strategic tools and frameworks and are developing mastery across our toolbox and research techniques. The strategist will be playing a pivotal support role in shaping the brief and strategically evaluating early concepts all the way through to final deployment and evaluation of work. What you'll do:

Support the development of deliverables such as: Personas, customer journeys, communication architectures, interactive/connection/touch-point plans, campaign plans, and program strategies

Contribute to the development of digital marketing strategy for client's channels and experiences from insight definition to program strategy, creative briefing, and performance/reporting insights.

Develop a deep understanding of the clients' category, their unique business dynamics within the category, and their consumer to drive program opportunity identification.

Develop, conduct, and apply primary research techniques (quantitative and qualitative) to unearth insights that spark the creative process.

Partner with cross-functional teams and creative specialists in the collaborative development of individual programs and campaigns.

Partner with Data Science/analytics to elevate observations into actionable recommendations built on insight.

Experience developing digital marketing programs rooted in consumer behavior and 1st party data insights.

Should be comfortable navigating ambiguity and providing clarity and focus for cross-functional teams.

Demonstrates strong written and verbal presentation skills

Synthesize qualitative and quantitative input from multiple sources to generate insights

Ability to think and act both strategically and tactically
