• Communicating with a dispatcher and responding to accidents, break-downs, and other roadside incidents
• Driving to the scene and performing basic repairs or towing the vehicle to a garage or junkyard
• Safely loading and attaching the vehicle to the tow truck
• Keeping the truck clean and in good condition
• Following legal and business regulations and paperwork
• Must have good customer service
