Job Description

Local if possible, but not required as long as they will come 4-6x per year for IT Summits

Why open: Architect is moving back into development role

Domain: Sales focus

Custom developed web applications utilizing platforms off the shelf / not really going to be as much customization

Azure Cloud is imperative

WMS - D365 is helpful needs to know F&O Modules (inward distribution)

Power Platform

.NET Based needs to understand, but this is the legacy app

SSO Architecture / Service-Based Architecture API and Microservices based is key

ERP Platform is helpful

Large scale changes example taking an eCommerce to the next level

Optimizely cloud

MAUI

TOGAF is encouraged, but certainly not highly followed

Agile framework is helpful developers follow this

Willing to learn / take constructive criticism and build upon a big ego is not the role here team player / how to influence others explain the WHY

What they are running into: Communication / talking too much or talking around the subject /technical depth, knowing the vocab but being able to speak on it

Someone who is a senior engineer and looking to get into Architecture would work

Understand

Solution Design is on the Dev teams and The Architecture is the overall process/program delivery
