Boeing Global Services (BGS) is looking for an Associate / Experienced BGS SM Systems & Processes Analyst (Level 2/3) to join our Risk Management and Internal Governance team in Dallas, TX, Seattle, WA or Seal Beach, CA.

This is a motivated team that works together to solve complicated supply chain problems and enables process compliance within BGS Supply Chain. You will contribute as a team member alongside subject matter experts in the field of supply chain, process development and planning. This position requires someone who is process oriented and can audit the entire BGS Supply Chain organization.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Extracts and analyzes data from multiple sources.

  • Develop and execute audit strategies.

  • Conducts risk, issues and opportunities management.

  • Assesses and reports compliance to internal stakeholders.

  • Develops risk mitigation plans.

  • Coordinates with BGS Commercial and BGS Defense on auditing plans.

  • Implements and maintains process improvements by analyzing and establishing best practices.

This position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future .

The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Basic Qualifications ( Required Skills / Experience ) Level 2:

  • 1+ years of experience in data analysis

  • 1+ years of experience with Microsoft office suite

  • 1+ years of experience in Supply Chain processes and tools

  • 1 + years teaching/mentoring others

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Able to travel 10% of the time

Preferred Qualifications ( Desired Skills / Experience ):

  • 3+ years of experience in data analysis

  • 3+ years of experience with Microsoft office suite

  • 3+ years of experience in Supply Chain processes and tools

  • 3+ years teaching/mentoring others

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Able to travel 10% of the time

  • Bachelors and/or masters in applicable field.

  • Experience in performing audits.

  • Experience working with Supplier Management, Supply Chain, and/or Procurement practices and processes.

  • Experience using or applying metrics to measure performance against projects to ensure high quality delivery.

  • Experience in researching Boeing procedures and providing recommended improvements.

Typical Education & Experience (Level 2) :

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+1 years' related work experience , 7 years' related work experience, etc.).

Typical Education & Experience (Level 3) :

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.).

Relocation

Summary pay range (Associate):$68,000 - $92,000

Summary pay range (Experienced): $81,600 - $110,400
