Robert Half Project Coordinator in Fort Worth, Texas

Description We are in the government sector, specifically located in Fort Worth, Texas, United States, and we're currently seeking a Project Coordinator to join our team. The primary function of this role involves steering HRIS implementation projects, serving as a liaison to facilitate coordination efforts with other internal departments, and supporting data migration, validation, and testing efforts. This role also includes strategic support for daily Human Resources operations. This position does not offer permanent employment but instead offers a short-term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Steer HRIS implementation projects from requirements definition through deployment

• Serve as liaison to facilitate and lead coordination efforts with other internal departments

• Support data migration, validation, and testing efforts

• Proactively monitor project timelines and the status of deliverables

• Ensure applicable updates are communicated and addressed appropriately

• Collaborate with HR leadership to strategically support daily Human Resources function

• Assist in operating and personnel budget administration

• Conduct data analysis and regular reporting to ensure all employment and HR related business processes are executed smoothly and efficiently

• Collaborate and execute various strategic improvements, initiatives, and projects

• Utilize skills in Workday, HRIS Implementation, and Project Management to fulfill job responsibilities. Requirements • Must have prior experience in a government sector role

• Proficiency in using Workday software is required

• Must have experience in HRIS Implementation

• Project Management skills are essential

• A strong understanding of government protocols and regulations

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities

• Ability to manage and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously

• Detail-oriented and able to work with minimal supervision

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team

• Able to handle sensitive information with discretion

• Must be able to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
