*ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Safeguards assets of the company. Redeems points for members in Players Club at gift shop. Works promotional and special events and VIP parties. Creates and gathers information through customer surveys on casino floor. Develops new players, maintains existing players and services all VIP casino guests. Conducts on-site events and promotional parties to maintain guest loyalty. Assists Marketing Manager and Marketing Department Supervisor with any other duties designated. Periodically provide an operational overview as defined in MGC Chapter A - Job Descriptions. The scope of the overview provides no additional authority outside their job description and must comply with reporting relationships, signatory ability, access to sensitive areas, and other requirements outlined in the internal controls. *EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:High School Diploma or GED required. Bachelors Degree in Marketing or a gaming-related field is strongly preferred. *CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS: Missouri Gaming Level II Gaming License required. *SKILLS: Must be able to effectively communicate in English, both verbal and written. Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
