Description

We are offering a job opportunity in the Managed Services industry, located in Miami, Florida. The role is for a PC Technician and will involve working with medical facilities within prisons. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Deploying PCs, including disconnecting old computers and connecting new ones

• Testing user logins to ensure proper setup

• Distributing equipment as required

• Installing new equipment and ensuring it functions correctly

• Handling expense reimbursement for gas and other necessary costs

• Coordinating with team members for flights and hotels, which will be booked in advance

• Utilizing skills in Deployments, Network System, and Equipment Installation to effectively carry out tasks

Requirements

• Proven experience in the Managed Services industry

• Prior work experience as a PC Technician

• Familiarity with Network System operations and maintenance

• Demonstrable skills in Equipment Installation

• Proficiency in Deployments

• Excellent problem-solving abilities

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Relevant technical certifications would be advantageous

• Willingness to stay updated with new technologies and industry trends

• High attention to detail and accuracy

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

• Must be legally authorized to work in the specified location
