Monza DPS site is looking for a Equipment maintenance technician for its PDS Business Unit.

The candidate will join the maintenance team and support their manager in ensuring the optimal functioning of the machinery dedicated to the production of sterile drugs.

As a Subject Matter Expert in automation and high-tech production machinery, they will provide technical support and develop the know-how necessary to implement incidental maintenance interventions aimed at continuously improving machinery efficiency.

Main tasks:

  • Intervene to restore mechanical and sensor-related faults on machines and equipment, even during production phases.

  • Provide technical support as a Subject Matter Expert in automation and high-tech production machinery.

  • Perform the diagnosis and problem-solving process of malfunctions through analysis and interpretation of available data.

  • Assist production personnel in using mechanical and electronic equipment, including conducting training activities for operators.

  • Carry out scheduled and preventive maintenance interventions, implementing improvement maintenance projects received and agreed upon with the Maintenance Manager to eliminate recurring malfunctions and improve machinery reliability.

  • Availability to work shifts is required.

A minimum of two years of experience is required, preferably but not necessarily in the pharmaceutical industry.
