What will you do:

As a Sales Manager you’ll be part of the Life Safety Division for Egypt and East Med Countries based in Cairo, Egypt. In this role you will be handling the emergency lighting, exit signs and central battery systems in the assigned markets. You’ll be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, expanding market reach, and fostering strong customer relationships. This role requires a professional with a proven track record in sales, a deep understanding of the industry and the ability to achieve committed revenue targets.

Job responsibilities:

  • Develop short term and long-term action plans, designed to ensure Eaton’s target for growth in the assigned territory are met or exceeded

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, consultants, industry professionals, and end users to drive business growth opportunities

  • Prepare accurate and timely analysis on a monthly, weekly, and quarterly basis to provide management with information relating to Sales results and forecasts

  • Effectively supervise the design & Estimation of projects to ensure optimized engineered solution that generates the required profitability

  • Liaise with the Local Authorities to ensure relevant certification and local approvals of Eaton products

  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and challenges in the market, adjusting sales strategies accordingly

  • Provide advice and guidance to management regarding product requirements for the target market with the objective of securing maximum market share and sustainable growth

  • Regular Account Management and appoint new partners/re-sellers as applicable to maximize Eaton market share

  • Utilize consultative style to evaluate the life safety packaging opportunity, processes and potential gaps

  • Work collaboratively through a strong network of Contractors to increase Eaton market share in the assigned territories

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited university. MBA is a plus

  • Proven track record of success in sales roles with 10+ years of professional sales experience within lighting, EML, CBS & safety industry

Skills:

Skills:

• Excellent understanding of emergency lighting market dynamics & trends, key players and local regulations

• In-depth knowledge of Emergency lighting solutions, exit signs and central battery systems

• Ability to develop and maintain strong professional relationships at different levels with various stakeholders

• Solid network with consultants, contractors and end users in the Egyptian and East Med markets

• Strategic thinker with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills

• Proficient in CRM software and sales management tools

• Fluency in both English & Arabic languages is mandatory
