Description We are offering an opportunity for a Data Reporting Analyst in the healthcare industry, located in Owosso, Michigan. The role involves analyzing data and creating reports to support business decisions in healthcare and social assistance settings. The successful candidate will be tasked with handling a variety of tasks involving BusinessObjects Technologies, Databases, and Microsoft tools among others.

Responsibilities:

• Analyzing data from various sources using BusinessObjects Technologies and Database tools.

• Creating and maintaining EO/IR systems for efficient data reporting.

• Utilizing Microsoft tools for data analysis and report generation.

• Conducting AB Testing to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of our systems.

• Developing and implementing business intelligence (BI) strategies to enhance data interpretation.

• Writing and maintaining Business Requirement Documents for the organization.

• Creating dashboards for visual data representation and easy understanding.

• Applying data analysis techniques to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data.

• Managing our Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) to ensure data integrity and accessibility.

• Utilizing SQL for database querying and management. Requirements • Proficiency in BusinessObjects Technologies is essential.

• Demonstrable experience with Database systems is required.

• Familiarity with EO/IR systems is beneficial.

• Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint.

• Experience in AB Testing is desirable.

• Proficiency in Business Intelligence (BI) is necessary.

• Ability to prepare comprehensive Business Requirement Documents.

• Skills in creating insightful Dashboards is crucial.

• Strong data analysis skills and ability to interpret complex data.

• Knowledge in Informatics is a plus.

• Experience with ETL - Extract Transform Load processes is necessary.

• Familiarity with EDW (Enterprise Data Warehouse) is beneficial.

• Proficiency in SQL for querying and analyzing data is required.

• Degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.

• Previous experience in a Data Reporting Analyst role within the healthcare industry is preferred.

• Strong communication skills to effectively present data insights to non-technical team members.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
