Senior Manager, Credit Solutions

What the day will look like

Reporting to Head of Department, job scope includes but is not limited to the following:

  • Help deliver team budget including goals of growth, profitability & growing market share.

  • Managing a portfolio of clients, including complication multinational global programmes and liaising cross- border with clients, insurers and Aon network

  • Delivery of a consistently high and reliable service standard

  • Advise & negotiate with clients, underwriters and stakeholders.

  • Identifying opportunities, challenges and solutions to deliver added-value to clients

  • Help identify & close new business opportunities.

  • Champion on ACP and ABG for Singapore team

  • Responsible for account projects and/or reporting/analytics as the need arises.

  • Accurate & timely maintenance of systems, billings and data entry; reporting & forecasting

  • Helping to develop and implement efficient operational processes.

  • Support for more junior team members including training & advice to improve performance and development; leading by example; providing clear directions; sharing knowledge and information.

  • Build successful long-term business relationships & professional network.

  • Support senior team members as required.

  • Ensure compliance with Non-Negotiable including but not limited to accurate & timely maintenance of systems, billings and data entry; reporting & forecasting; time recording etc

  • Ensure regulatory & corporate compliance standards are met at all times

    Skills and experience that will lead to success

  • Proven track-record within the Insurance market, with Credit Solutions or Trade Credit knowledge required

  • Experience handling corporate or large complex commercial clients

  • Ability to forge positive relationships with country and specialty colleagues as well as clients and insurers

  • Dedication to delivering outstanding client value through expertise and innovation

  • Ability to problem solve and thing outside the square

  • An ability to think objectively on complex matters.
