Job Summary/Purpose: The Gemini 3 Group is seeking a Junior Business Architect support of a valued Department of Defense (DoD) Customer. The position will be creating reports in Pega, a popular Business Process Management (BPM) tool that provides process automation to the Customer. Essential Responsibilities/Functions:

  • Collect reporting requirements via weekly meetings with the Customer in the format of user stories that are uploaded to Pega Agile Studio.

  • Host design sessions with the Customer to discuss the reports including the format and expected inputs and outputs, update the user stories per design session feedback, and provide meeting minutes in Word format.

  • Configure and test the reports in a Pega environment, demonstrate the configured reports to the Customer with working data, and maintain and modify the Pega reports, if needed.

  • Willing to learn and become the expert on program specific tools and assist users in creating and modifying reports to meet user specific needs.

  • Create new and update existing end-user documentation on Pega reporting.

  • Assist the Customer with customer support by responding to basic level (Tier 1) and subject matter level (Tier 2) inquiries from end-users as well as documenting those inquiries and subsequent comments or resolutions in the form of tickets.

  • Assist the Customer with tracking bugs and enhancements that are escalated to Tier 3 and follow-up actions with end-users.

    Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

  • Must be able to obtain ITIL v.4 Certification

  • Must be able to obtain PEGA Business Architect certification

  • Basic knowledge of SQL

  • Must be able to work independently and manage multiple tasks at one time.

  • Must be detail oriented and highly organized, able to manage priorities to meet deadlines.

  • Effective proofing and quality assurance capabilities to include excellent spelling and grammar and familiarity with military correspondence and competency-specific document formats/templates.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

  • Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat (forms, signatures).

    Required Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a combination of IT Management, Business Management or IT Standards.

    Required Education, Licenses and Certifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Information Technology, or Computer Science.

    Security Clearance Requirements:

  • Active Secret Level Clearance
