The Position: The Business Systems Manager\'s role involves leading a skilled team of systems analysts responsible for the effective integration and management of Walbec\'s critical business systems. This role demands a proactive leader who can provide technical guidance and support their team, while collaborating with business stakeholder to manage off-the-shelf products, and maintaining productive vendor relationships. In addition, the Business Systems Manager, is responsible for managing data within a SQL environment, working with the business and IT on an effective business intelligence strategy. This position requires a blend of technical prowess, leadership skills, and a thorough understanding of business processes to foster an environment of continuous improvement and innovation.
